I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really nice and clean but had a ton of mechanical issues. The service, for the most part, was friendly but a bit unprofessional at times. The location was outstanding, right on the beach, but the dining experience left much to be desired.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the pool. However, some upgrades and additional cleaning are needed. The hotel room had 2 full-size beds and a daybed futon, providing spacious accommodation with most essential amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while fairly large, felt a bit outdated with tired furniture and stains on the pillows. On the bright side, the view overlooking Fantasia was a nice touch. The service, especially from Edward, our butler, was a hidden treasure with extremely friendly staff like John and Adonis making our stay memorable. The location was impeccable and gorgeous, with spacious rooms and great pools deserving of the 4-star rating. The dining experience was decent, with good breakfast and lunch but just okay dinner options. Overall, the facilities were good, though some areas felt a bit dated.
