The hotel exceeded my expectations with its serene ambiance and attentive service. While the room was luxurious, the dining options were somewhat limited. The location was idyllic, although a bit further from the main attractions. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is a gem! The rooms have stunning ocean views with a hammock on the balcony, way better than what we had at another resort nearby. The 1st Gen iPod docks add a cool touch, but maybe a little outdated. The service is top-notch with a super friendly staff, but some struggles to find a spot by the pool. The location offers a mix of tranquility and activities, although the water safety concerns are prominent. Dining is fantastic, especially for early birds, and the French bread was a winner.

This hotel was a beautiful and quiet stay with lots for children to do, but it was a bit far from the Hotel zone. The service was amazing and very helpful, especially at the steakhouse swim-up bar. The rooms were cleaned daily and turndown service was provided in the evening. The dining experience was good, but vegetarians may find the options limited.

My stay at the hotel was filled with highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but unfortunately, the overall condition was quite run down considering the complex is less than 10 years old. The service, on the other hand, was outstanding with a variety of activities offered, and the staff members like Ernesto, Jeronimo, Alex, and others were amazing. The location was mostly quiet with just the right amount of activities, but the beach area left something to be desired with limited water activities. The dining experience offered surprisingly good quality, especially the poolside food options. However, the facilities were somewhat lacking, which was a letdown.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with ocean views from the lobby. Rooms are only accessible at around 4 PM, which can be a downside. The service is exceptional, with complimentary kids' activities all day and friendly staff. The location is vast but requires some walking, especially to the Golf Villas. The hotel facilities are top-notch, providing a great diversity of games.
