My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't serviced one day, which was a bit inconvenient, and there was quite a bit of dog hair all over, triggering my wife's allergies. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located across the parking lot from the Seaport Club and offers various facilities despite some mechanical issues.
The hotel room was the perfect size for me and my infant son, although it had a smell like cat litter, not the fresh kind. Booking through a third party was convenient. The room was very clean and light.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the room not being ready until late, the spaciousness and kitchen were nice, although the lack of a bathroom sink was inconvenient. The cleanliness issues were promptly addressed by moving us to a different room. The service was friendly and helpful, with a quirky touch. The location was a mix of a good proximity to our activities but unfortunately close to what seemed to be a noisy area. The dining experience had its flaws with cold and unappetizing food but also some enjoyable options.
