friendly stafftwo bedroom suitegreat location
i found friendly staff everywhere i went the two bedroom suite harbor side provided ample space and an amazing view i appreciated the hotel's great location close to amenities. the location is especially convenient for travelers arriving by ferry.
the check-in process was quite slow taking about 45 minutes

the location is very central it allowed easy access to many nearby attractions. the gym was a real highlight it had several treadmills plus stationary bikes.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I noticed the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section.
The ice machine on my floor was out of service.
