i found the bell desk convenient since a convention was in the hotel i could leave my bags there until check-in they brought them to my room when it was ready i thought this was a nice service.
the front desk was not efficient there were limited places to hang towels in the bathroom also there was limited counter space which was disappointing i also noticed no coffee maker.

I loved the spacious rooms. They were so clean. the dining options were plentiful, with many choices!!! the staff was kind and cute, always ready to assist. the monorail access made getting around so easy.
i found limited seating in the lobby. there was nowhere to sit.
