My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and offered a view of the strip, but the window to nowhere was a bit odd. The service, especially at the reception desk, could have been more attentive. The location was convenient and close to many other casinos, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience was mediocre for the price. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had its charm and decent facilities.
The hotel is situated in a very convenient area near the airport with great access to the nightlife in Las Vegas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the dirty carpet and cheap plastic seats in the arena were a downside. The customer service needs improvement, lacking training in this area. The location is a highlight being right in the center and convenient for guests. The dining offerings were mediocre, not reflecting the value for food. However, the hotel offers a very convenient area, but customer service could be better.
