Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nicely updated and kept very clean, and the service from the valet to the housekeepers was nice and accommodating. However, the location had some drawbacks, and the dining options were limited. The facilities provided were decent, but there were a few areas for improvement.
The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains from the cozy rooms but had some issues with service confusion. On the bright side, the Asian Rim restaurant serves excellent food, but the location is not in the best area.
