“The kids' club was hands down the best we've encountered during our travels. My son formed a bond with the staff, particularly Itzel and Yaneli, who kept him entertained with engaging activities. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured two sides with picturesque views-one of the resort's lush landscapes and the other of the fine beach. My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some disappointments. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, all offering a stunning ocean view and a large balcony. However, being close to the elevator area made it a bit noisy at times. I felt the extra charge for the pool feature wasn't justified, and the location, despite being in Grand Velas Resorts, was not as satisfying due to the pool situation.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I found the extra cost for the pool feature disappointing. The location was nice, with well-kept surroundings, yet it was not ideal being on the 1st or 2nd floor due to the pool arrangement.
