I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a mini fridge, making my stay super comfortable. The service was top-notch, with courteous and helpful staff ready to assist with anything. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to historic sites and restaurants. The dining options were a bit limited for guests with allergies, but the overall experience was great.
The hotel was in a prime location near the River Walk and within walking distance of key attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped; however, the dining options left something to be desired. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely rooms at the hotel, which were not what I expected after attending the Texas Cavaliers River Parade. The rooms were very nice and quite up to par with the lobby and outside of the building. The service at the hotel, from the Bell to Housekeeping, Font Desk, and Valet, was exceptional, with all staff members being very professional and nice, always going above and beyond with a positive and friendly disposition. The location of the hotel is beautiful, although very hot in July, and it's convenient being right off the famed River Walk. The dining experience, especially in the big club level lounge with great views of San Antonio, was enjoyable with plentiful options. The facilities met my expectations with everything being well-maintained and functional.
