The hotel offers a cozy stay with nice rooms and attentive service, despite some cleanliness concerns. The beachfront location is a major plus, though there are a few areas that could use improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite loud and bright at night, and my room wasn't ready at check-in time, which was disappointing. However, the hotel is well-located on floors seven and eight with restricted key card access, adding a sense of security. The service was a mix of rudeness when redoing a drink and super friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, offering privacy and proximity to the beach and fun areas. The dining was a bit pricey but worth it, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, near the beach and with cool key card access. The rooms, although clean, faced a vending machine and were smaller than expected with noise from the hallway. The service was a mix with some rude encounters but nice cleaners. The dining was tasty but somewhat overpriced. The facilities were in need of maintenance, and the Wi-Fi was not complimentary.
