Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is really convenient, close to the convention center and downtown Oklahoma City, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were some issues with the rooms and dining that affected my overall satisfaction.
On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and in proximity to Bricktown and arena events. It's also a short distance from the concert venue and boasts a lovely pool area. However, the rooms were less than ideal with various maintenance issues, and there were communication lapses with the service staff regarding essential information. The pricing felt a bit steep considering the overall experience.
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of downtown next to Bricktown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I would've liked to have a fridge. The service was top-notch overall, but there were slight issues with communication leading to some understaffing. The dining experience was disappointing due to limited breakfast options and miscommunication on timings. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained.
