My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly, but the noise from the bar and the paint fumes were definite drawbacks. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, and the elevator was out of service, making it quite a challenging experience overall.
The hotel had a lovely location right on the lake, with a view and within walking distance of downtown. The service was exceptional, from the restaurant and lounge to housekeeping. The dining experience was pricey but offered a beautiful setting, especially on hot days. However, the rooms were not up to our expectations for a king room.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms were fairly small compared to the price paid at $429 per night, but they were clean and comfortable, offering a nice view of the harbor and pool. However, the lack of soundproofing made it a bit noisy in the mornings with sounds from the hallway. The service, although exemplary, was sometimes delayed and lacked in-depth knowledge of the products served. On the positive side, the location was top-notch, situated right by the lake and within walking distance to various amenities. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, especially with the divine eggs benedict and cool atmosphere in the restaurant.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, though a table for games or dining would have been a nice addition. The service was efficient with quick check-in and check-out procedures. The location was beautiful, though marred by poor service at the front end. The dining experience was limited and overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
