Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, all rooms were already occupied, and we were accommodated in a different room than our original booking, which unfortunately overlooked a construction site and the convention center roof. The service, however, was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff offering various amenities at a great value. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city, although the view was not ideal.
After an early morning flight from Fairbanks, the hotel was a well-equipped tech-friendly oasis with a lovely view. While the living room was comfortable, the bedroom's heater made it too warm at times.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a large bathroom with a great shower, and a decent view. My room, which was conveniently located near the elevator, may have had decent square footage, providing an overall cozy atmosphere.
The service, especially for our bridal party celebration, was exceptional, making our time there really enjoyable. The hotel's location was truly the highlight, connected to amazing restaurants and allowing us to easily walk to various places in the dense city area. The dining experience, with the in-room package, surpassed most of our dining experiences in town, although it was a bit pricey. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, enhancing our stay with convenience and luxury.
