Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were neat, spacious, and facing the downtown, but the process of cleaning during our stay was not handled properly, leading to a late-night luggage transfer after a tiring day. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to compensate for the valet parking delay, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the location had its disappointments, with minimal food options and messy towels. The dining experience was sufficient, with traditional dishes but of mediocre quality. Overall, the facilities were standard for this type of hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and within walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The rooms were average with some cleanliness issues like sticky furniture and could benefit from having a refrigerator and microwave. The service was professional and friendly, but there were delays communicating with the registration desk. The dining options were limited to a self-serve continental breakfast. Overall, a decent choice for those visiting the State government buildings.
I stayed on the 17th floor, at the end of the hall with only one neighbor, and had a nice city view. The room was quiet, but the smell was weird and musty, giving the impression it hadn't been rented out in years. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
