The hotel rooms are refreshing and seem to be marketed as a feature, providing a comfortable experience, although the temperature was a bit cold at times. The service was wonderful, making us feel welcomed, even though there were some knowledge gaps about the local area. The location, while perfect for some, may not suit everyone due to its setting in an office park atmosphere that feels outdated. The dining experience offered value for money but with some room for improvement. The facilities met basic needs adequately.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice overall, although the view of the parking lot wasn't the best. The service, however, exceeded my expectations with their efforts to make up for initial mistakes. The location was a bit far from the main attractions, and the dining experience left more to be desired in terms of both quality and timing. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious with a balcony overlooking the adult pool and vineyard, offering a nice view. However, our room was just 25 yards from a loud wedding reception that went on until 11:00, disrupting our peace a bit.
