I was impressed by the spacious and impeccable rooms, complete with a full kitchen, fireplace, and stunning views from the balconies on the 3rd floor. However, the distance from the main lobby was a minor inconvenience for me.
I was delighted to stay at this hotel in San Diego. The luxurious 1 bedroom apartment I was upgraded to was fantastic, complete with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 balconies adorned with balloons, flowers, and champagne. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring San Diego, and the dining options were excellent. Although the pricing was a bit disappointing in one instance, overall, it was a fantastic stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, fully appointed with everything we needed, and any nonworking items like lamps were fixed immediately upon calling the front desk. The staff was always impeccable, taking care of all our needs discreetly and professionally. The location in a residential area of Carlsbad was beautiful and offered a peaceful ambiance. The dining experience in the villa was superb, especially in the morning.
Staying at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are wonderful and clean, the service is amazing with dedicated staff, and the location offers quick access to various attractions. However, there was some trouble with connecting to the main server and discrepancies in pricing were a downside.

The facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was like having a little house with everything I could want. The room was huge and had all the appointments you expect from a Four Seasons - balcony, separate tub and shower, robes, fine linens, etc. The service was beyond imagination, with accommodations always clean and kept up, plus the opportunity to use several fitness facilities onsite. The location was most relaxing and perfect for accessing all there is to enjoy about San Diego, making it a big hit with my grandchildren. The dining options were of high quality, although not included in the rate, but still very delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor room for improvement.
