inconsistent housekeeping missing microwave
The room lacked a microwave. It would have been convenient to heat up leftovers. the housekeeping service was inconsistent. One day, the room was not serviced until late in the afternoon.

the ski valet inside the hotel made accessing equipment simple. the location was perfect for ski in and ski out activities, it was wonderfully convenient. our room had fresh towels and coffee pods, i thought that was very generous.
The windows did not block sound well. Outside noises were noticeable. i noticed there were not enough staff members, it was busy . housekeeping seemed minimal unless specifically requested, i expected more.

quiet room excellent view prime location
the room was quiet and clean. the view was excellent! the location is prime. it is also pet friendly.
i found the shower and tub floor a bit slippery, even with the provided mat.

What an Awesome Stay!

perfect location comfy beds
I totally enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub area. I found the location super perfect for access to everything. The beds, they were always comfy. The hotel location is super great!

comfortable stay convenient location terrible parking unnecessary stress
The room had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, but the location was convenient. It was easy to walk right into the village.
The underground parking was terrible. The situation could have been dealt with better. It was not clear and hard to find a spot. This added unnecessary stress to my arrival.
