My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to boat rentals and offering a nice view of the lake from the room. However, the room had several cosmetic issues, and the service was not consistently friendly. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and an additional charge for breakfast.

The room we initially received was rough in appearance with various cosmetic problems, and it wasn't very kid-friendly. We had issues with cleanliness, noise, and even dirty bed sheets. Although the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us by switching rooms, the quality was still subpar with concerns about safety for my grandson due to broken fixtures and unsanitary conditions.
