We had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Resort. The pool area was a major highlight, perfect for relaxing and the kids had a blast with the water features. The restaurant served delicious food, although we wished for a few more options on the menu. Although there were a few issues with noise from above and the room view wasn't great, the overall experience was enjoyable and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
