I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, close to everything I needed, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the customer service at the resort was lacking. Despite this, the housekeeping service was excellent. The dining options were decent, with some tasty curries available. The facilities were enjoyable, particularly the pool area, although the resort lacks optimal customer service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to everything we were doing, but the poor customer service made it hard to enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious and modern, which was a positive point, but the lack of Mediterranean dishes in dining was a downside.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was excellent, nestled in a quiet area yet very close to attractions and an outlet mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. However, I had a less than ideal experience with the poor customer service. Despite that, the hotel offered great value for money.
