Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious, lacked a coffee set up and the lobby was cold due to the open front doors. On the bright side, the hotel is situated in a nice location and offers various services for guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room I stayed in was small but cozy with a fantastic view of the White Mountains, the cleanliness was disappointing as the room was quite dusty. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The staff, however, were professional and charming, making the overall service experience pleasant. The location in the beautiful White Mountains National Forest was immaculate, but the presence of many unsupervised children affected the peaceful ambiance. The dining experience at Omni Mt. in the Main Dining Room was outstanding, although there were some issues with cold meat. Overall, the hotel offers a unique charm with a few drawbacks that may need attention.
I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, and the service was top-notch. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful White Mountains. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the room temperature was a bit warm for my liking despite adjusting the thermostat.
