My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, albeit with a disappointing pullout couch upgrade, was clean and well-maintained. Although facing Boylston St, my room was wonderfully appointed and surprisingly quiet, with an exceptional view of the Public Garden that made it even more special.
