Reviews and Ratings
The suite was large and by and large comfortable, but we were let down by certain aspects like dirty and worn lampshades, lack of hot drink facilities, a shower with just a curtain, and poor bathroom lighting affecting our grooming routines. The hotel lacks a coffee maker in the room.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, overlooking Boston Common with thoughtful touches like evening slippers and chocolates. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to arrange reservations and provide insider tips. The location couldn't be better, being right across the beautiful Boston Common park and close to major attractions. The dining options offered a refreshing change with an excellent menu, although pricing was slightly on the higher side.
The hotel offered a large and generally comfortable room with a disappointing cleanliness issue, worn lampshades, lack of facilities for hot drinks, a shower curtain instead of a door, and insufficient bathroom lighting for grooming tasks. However, the room had a spectacular view of the Boston Public Gardens.
The hotel features spacious and bright rooms with thoughtful touches like chocolates and slippers, although it had a musty smell at times. The service was exceptional, with a helpful and welcoming staff. The location offers easy access to shopping and dining, though some areas might need renovation. Dining options were delicious but slightly pricey.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were warm and cozy, with a delightful touch of champagne and strawberries, though the bathroom was a bit small. The service was friendly and professional, with nice touches like the nightly bed turn-down service. The location was perfect, right opposite the Public Garden and Boston Common, offering easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, with a variety of choices available. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel.
