The service throughout was exceptional, with everyone from the doormen to the reception staff and housekeeping being super helpful and friendly. The hotel's management and staff were always quick to address any needs. The location, with great nearby restaurants and plenty to explore on foot, was fantastic. The dining experience at Gemma was excellent, especially the almond coffee. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful and immediate service.

I decided to splash out on the 1-bedroom suite and it was worth it. The room was gorgeous, boasting a good view of the city. The service was absolutely incredible and was a huge part of our weekend. The location, while starting to feel a bit tired, is still good for exploring East and West villages, Soho, and Chelsea. The dining experience, especially at Gemma, was a bit of a letdown compared to nearby cafes and coffee shops.
