Celebrating Christmas week and our 25th wedding anniversary at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were better and quieter than expected, though a bit dimly lit. The location was amazing being centrally situated in Manhattan, close to high-end shops, with only limited dining options available. The service was generally great, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations, but with some inconsistency in friendliness among staff members.
This hotel is simply amazing! From the incredible spacious rooms with breathtaking views of Manhattan and the delicious chocolate chip cookies to the top-notch service and perfect central location, it's a true gem. Just a few tiny details could be improved, but overall, a fantastic stay!
Staying in a room with a view over the NY skyline in a truly beautiful room on 5th Avenue was an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom with a great view from the window. The location allowed easy access to various city attractions, but could benefit from a few more 5-star trimmings. The dining was very expensive and not worth the quality, yet the homemade tofu was a positive surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at The Langham. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, overlooking the street and quite large, especially for NYC. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who always made me feel welcomed. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city within walking distance to major attractions. However, the dining options were limited and not worth the price. Despite this, I highly recommend The Langham for a memorable stay in NYC.
