Staying at this hotel felt more like staying in a spacious apartment overlooking the Hudson River, with great views. The room was really accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. However, navigating the services available could be a bit challenging, and I had to rely on myself for things like room service and guest services. The location in Battery Park was excellent, offering a stylish and new vibe since 9/11. There were some loose bathroom doors, but coming back to this place after a busy day of sightseeing was really nice. The dining experience lacked a bit in variety, but the cafes and food court nearby made up for it.
The hotel had small and oddly organized rooms, but the service was exceptional in every way. The location was very accommodating, and the dining experience was efficiently expedited. The facilities were well-maintained, but some negative aspects were noted by previous guests.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were incredibly spacious, the beds were perfect for a good night's sleep, and everything was spotlessly clean and very quiet. However, some maintenance issues with drawers under the TV in the bedroom were a bit disappointing.

Upon arrival at our room, we were amazed by the stunning water views, and the shower was probably the best we've ever experienced. The rooms were unbelievably comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. However, there was one issue where the service was a little rude. The hotel provides professional and very helpful service. The location is fantastic, right across from a shopping mall and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience offered tasty and varied options. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you value a prime location and comfortable rooms.
