This hotel is a real gem for families with its delicious made-to-order breakfast, cozy bar for evening drinks, and a pool that kept the kids entertained. However, the lack of a working fan in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, leading to soggy towels after showers. Overall, my stay met expectations thanks to the consistent good service and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room could have been a whole lot cleaner, and the toiletries were not replenished, which was a slight downside. However, the service was excellent, with a patient and responsive staff catering to all our needs. The location was convenient, close to the Civic Center, and with nearby dining options. The dining experience was good, albeit a bit crowded at times. The facilities met my expectations.
