simone and the reception team gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. lorenzo offered valuable advice regarding local sights. the staff was consistently attentive . i really enjoyed the harpist playing during breakfast.
the bar area seemed a bit small and somewhat cold.

The staff were kind . The location is within walking distance of many main attractions. This made sightseeing quite easy. I also found the breakfast to be good with a nice variety. There was something for everyone.
My room could have been cleaner. I noticed some stains on the bathroom tiles upon arrival. the soundproofing was not adequate. Street noise was audible, particularly in the mornings.

I found this such a beautiful hotel! the room was indeed large and comfortable. The bed was genuinely divine. the front desk staff helped us keep our room after a mishap, even though the hotel was sold out. brunello, the restaurant on site, proved excellent. We had pasta dishes there and everyone was really accommodating.
The hallways needed a little updating. the rooms showed a little age in furniture layout. despite requesting an early check-in, my room became ready right at the specified time.

the hotel sits right in the center, so major sights are an easy walk. multiple restaurants surround the hotel, and finding gelato is not a problem. the general area feels safe and accessible by foot.

Breakfast included a full buffet along with cooked-to-order eggs. brunello restaurant has excellent pasta dishes. Its staff is accommodating! room service arrives promptly, and meals are prepared fresh. coffee in the dining area tastes really good.

The beautiful double room had amazing amenities. It included a spacious layout with cozy furniture. the bathroom featured a nice shower with superb water pressure. Plush towels are provided daily. air conditioning effectively cools the room.

The reception staff acts professionally and makes guests feel welcome. requests get fulfilled quickly. The concierge service is really attentive! turn-down service is available each evening, and the staff ensures high standards. multilingual employees can help with any needs.

francesca at the front desk provided excellent service marco was also very nice i appreciated the pleasant doormen the location near the spanish steps and the borgia park was convenient the hotel was very clean i am very grateful for the wonderful experience
the room was very far from the lobby i felt the halls had old carpet the halls seemed musty it almost seemed like i was walking the halls of an old cruise ship the room and furniture seemed dated and could use an update i was not completely satisfied
