The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. I enjoyed the FRESHLY squeezed orange juice. The staff was helpful and friendly. They always assisted me as needed.
The air conditioning made a loud sound when I adjusted the temperature. It woke me up early one morning. The room did not seem MASSIVELY clean. The internal lock on my door was broken.

The breakfast had many delicious options. it was definitely a plus to include it with my reservation. i also found some nice restaurants nearby, offering better prices and convenient shopping. transportation to the city center was easy too. The station was just a short walk away.
the minibar charge was a hassle. i clarified at checkout that everything was paid for. however, my card was charged 27 eur a few hours later, it was for the minibar. it took time to resolve this with customer service, i disliked this dishonesty.

I loved the breakfast. it was really good at this hotel. there was a very wide selection of food. It was probably the best i had at any hotel during my italy trip. the staff was helpful, especially at the front desk. i felt they were very kind.
i booked a fully flexible rate, but they tried to take full payment early. the hotel didn't reply to my emails and ignored me. this was upsetting, and i felt disrespected! i read the terms and conditions, and the hotel didn't have the right to take the full amount.

mixed feelings about a short stay

the breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection of items.
The air conditioning made A HUGE noise throughout the night. The staff did not fix it. I also requested an additional cup, but it never came. these issues detracted from an otherwise reasonable experience.
