the breakfast did have a lot of choices. customer service seemed attentive to request. my room were modern in design and clean.
the room seemed hot so i opened windows, but when curtains were open, it let the air in. when they was shut, it made the room stuffy. i dont liked were people could just smoke outside the hotel, and the hotel doesnt give free bottles of water.

My room was quite spacious and VERY clean. The breakfast had HUGE variety. It catered to all tastes. The hotel benefits from easy access to public transport, including trams and buses right outside.
The room was too warm. I could not turn the temperature down much. The hotel does not give free bottled water. One has to purchase water from the minibar. A complimentary bottle of water on arrival would be better.

The breakfast had lots of options. I liked it very much. the staff arranged transportation pre-stay, helpful. Check-in was quite easy. the rooms are spacious and i found them comfortable. this was my third visit, and i would book again. I enjoyed it. everything was great. I have no complaints.

The beautiful double room was very big and on the sixth floor. it faced the street and included a balcony. I thought this was a nice touch. the room was also very clean. I think that is important.

The hotel is near tourist attractions. I walked easily to many places. nearby, i noticed shopping centers, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Everything seemed very convenient. there is much to do around there!

fantastic hotel stay!
I found the location convenient with nearby tram and bus stops. the hotel staff was nice and accommodating. the beds were very comfortable. The sleep quality was superb.

I enjoyed the suite. It was elegant. the balcony was an unexpected and welcome addition. the reception, restaurant, and bar area had a fantastic design.
the room lacked convenient usb charging points. there were no designated places in the bathroom for storing toiletries. i had to pile everything up on the small sink top.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests also have access to a sauna and steam room. the business center provides computers and printing services. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section.
