The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently upon arrival, even late at night. My room had superb soundproofing. I HEARD no outside noise. The rooftop pool provided a SWEET escape after busy days exploring, a welcome respite.
The gym gets a bit crowded during peak hours.

The rooftop pool featured clear, clean water and comfortable loungers. This was a NICE touch. The gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, so it had it all. The lobby provided ample seating.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, a VERY convenient location. The train station is also easily accessible from the hotel. Major tourist attractions are within a reasonable walking distance (or a quick taxi ride away!).

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of hot and cold options, what a feast! Fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets were available every morning. The rooftop restaurant offers great views and a diverse menu.

I found the breakfast to be great. It had a wide ranging choice and the staff cooked anything I asked for (the omelets were amazing!). The location is superb. Almost all attractions are within walking distance. The concierge was always very helpful and informative, offering great advice on local spots.
The gym, while well-equipped, can get a bit crowded during peak hours.

The staff showed genuine warmth and hospitality. I found the location convenient with easy access to transportation. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of foods. There were diverse options. The live piano music during breakfast added a special touch to my mornings

inconsistent temperaturedisorganized breakfast
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. my room faced an inner courtyard, so the view was not particularly inspiring. i also found the breakfast service to be a bit disorganized. Staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours and the replenishment of buffet items was slow.
