I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the rooftop pool was lovely with great views. the room was spacious and clean. i really appreciated the blackout curtains. They helped with jet lag. the breakfast had a wide range of options. it catered to many dietary needs. i also ate at the hotel one night. the food was superb and i enjoyed the meal. the bar staff are amazing. they went the extra mile to assist me. it was nice.
The rooms were a little dark. everything else more than made up for it.

The location was quite convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions from there. The breakfast offered a good variety! The staff was very helpful and friendly, too.
The pool was too small for the number of guests. The rooftop terrace did not quite match the website pictures unfortunately. The cleaning lady often knocked and opened the door without our permission.

an ok stay overall
convenient location friendly staff malfunctioning air conditioning unclean plates
the location proved convenient for accessing shops and restaurants. the staff also seemed friendly . the rooftop bar provided a nice spot for an evening drink. the pool area was well-kept.
my room's air conditioning did not function correctly. it kept switching back on after i tried to turn it off, very frustrating. the breakfast service also seemed subpar. i noticed some plates were not properly cleaned before being put out for use.

service areas morning noise
i was a little disappointed. the room was near service areas. starting at 6am, i heard doors slamming repeatedly. service carts also hit the room walls, disturbing my peace. even after mentioning it, the early morning noise persisted, impacting my rest.
