I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was mostly helpful and pleasant, although I had a slightly rude encounter with one of the cleaners. Staying in a Standard Double room facing the quirky atrium with no trees but an interesting fossilized feature was extremely satisfying. The room was very spacious, featured a large and comfortable bed, a wet room with a freestanding bath, and a separate shower. The service, especially from the helpful staff member, went beyond expectations. The location, with its rooftop for breakfast and views overlooking the Guggenheim, was ideal. Dining with a view of the museum and delicious food was a highlight of the stay.
