Breakfasts were quite good. The terrace was a nice place for a drink.
The room was not up to par. Things were broken and the blinds were not working correctly. I rang reception twice, and the receptionist could not have been less helpful.

The location was really good. The valet parking made driving there EASY. I just pulled up at the back. The art installations including the AMAZING clock were nice.
The shower area seemed unsafe. It had a slippery wood floor. There was no place to put shampoo, body wash, or conditioner. It was an ill-designed shower.

the valet parking was available and efficient, which helped a lot.
the room i got felt smaller than expected, and it was noisy. i twice asked reception to help stop the street party happening outside with loud music. the receptionist didn't seem to care much and wasn't helpful.

I enjoyed the rooftop terrace access. The views of the Guggenheim were fine! The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Valet parking was efficient and priced reasonably. This made arrival simple. I appreciated the central location because it was very convenient.
The shower lacked a proper place to set shampoo, body wash, and conditioner! The design seemed focused on aesthetics rather than practicality. A rubber mat helped, but better shelving would greatly improve the showering experience. This small change would greatly improve functionality.

my room was a superior double or twin room city view. it provided adequate space for one person. the bathroom was clean and modern. i also had easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning did not work well. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. also, the breakfast had limited options, i think.
