i got upgraded to a beautiful room, and wow! it had two separate sinks in the bathroom. the shower was amazing, it had a rainfall shower head. i loved the hot chocolate available anytime.

The lebanese receptionist gave me a choice between two rooms, i thought that was very kind. the room service was very polite, and it was efficient! the hotel called me promptly about my luggage. They showed great consideration. i had a fine eiffel tower view from my room!
The sheets weren't changed all week, even though i stayed for 6 days. i saw dust webs in the corner of the room near the windows, that was concerning. the mattress had a dip in the middle, so it wasn't the most comfy for sleeping. also, there was too much dust in the room, especially on the first day. I wasn't sure if it had been cleaned.

I found the staff cute and helpful during my entire visit. I appreciated the quick resolution to a minor maintenance issue in my room. The location provided easy access to many attractions via the metro, very convenient. The hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring the city simple.
The in-room lighting was rather dim, especially in the evenings. It made reading and working a bit challenging. I hope they can address this.

The breakfast included a good variety of options, with fresh pastries and fruit available daily. The coffee was strong and flavorful, setting a positive tone for the mornings. I liked the breakfast area.
