Staying at the hotel offered a nice view over the golf resort, but the rooms were sometimes a bit of a walk away from hotel facilities. I found the room a bit tired with stained headboards and damaged marble around the sink that was concerning due to potential cuts. Despite these issues, the service was generally polite and friendly, making up for some minor inconveniences in the room. The location was great for a holiday focused on golf and being close to friends, even though there were some minor upkeep areas to be addressed. Dining options were good overall, with some minor inconveniences like having to queue up for toast. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay, showcasing the hotel's potential.

The hotel is in a central location within the resort, offering easy access to amenities and services. The room, while nicely equipped with modern amenities and a flat-screen TV, was somewhat noisy due to the proximity to the lively Piano Bar. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The dining experience was top-notch, with an excellent selection of dishes at Amapola. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, despite minor issues like noisy rooms and stretched carpets in the corridors.
