friendly staff theme park climatized pool
i found the staff very friendly. the hotel is close to terra mitica. the room included entry to terra mitica and mundo mar. the climatized pool was also a great feature.
breakfast felt poor as the cooked options were cold. the coffee lacked quality. this impacted the value for money.

theme park large selection cheese pizza
The theme park terra mitica was next door and i had free access. aqualandia and mundomar were also accessible by a short taxi ride. i found the breakfast buffet had a large selection and suited everyone. the bar offered good snacks for a quick dinner. I liked the four cheese pizza.
my only concern involved the lack of nearby convenience items. there were no shops in the hotel or very close by. this meant planning ahead for basic needs.

family friendly hotel beautiful decoration clean room great experience
I found the hotel to be very family friendly and beautifully decorated. the rooms were clean and large. the hotel provided tickets to terra mitica. i liked the view from my balcony. It was a great experience.
the cooked breakfast was cold. the breakfast hall is chaotic after 8:30 am. there is a lot of wasted food with families filling children's plates with chocolate doughnuts and chocolate sauce.

The hotel features cool pools but they are overcrowded on weekends. a kids pool had warm water. It was comfortable to play in. plenty of options were available in the breakfast buffet.

slow service poor breakfast
The room was spacious, a detail I appreciated.
The service in the bar was slow. It took a very long time to get served (it was frustrating). I also found the breakfast to be quite poor. The cooked items were cold, and the coffee tasted low in quality.
