The location was special. It was very close to St Peter's square. I could see the dome from my window. The staff were helpful. They gave me suggestions about places nearby.
The breakfast service was a little limited. There was not fresh fruit available. The room could be noisy sometimes. I could hear sounds from the other rooms near mine.

the staff were very helpful and kind.. they made everything easy. check-in and check-out were simple and quick. the location proved super, just minutes from the basilica and very near the metro station. i found the neighborhood safe and clean.
i noticed occasional bad smell in the bathroom.

the staff speaks very good english, and , made communication easy. every morning, they delivered breakfast right on time. they accommodated an early departure providing coffee machine and snacks.

The staff was particularly helpful. Breakfast was served promptly each morning at the requested time. I received coffee and snacks the day before my early departure, which I really appreciated.
Street noise was noticeable late at night. This made it difficult to sleep soundly, disturbing my rest.
