Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were not very spacious, especially compared to the Kilauea Tower where I had stayed previously. However, the service, especially in Kona, from valet to reception, was top-notch. The location by the Kamakameha statue was convenient, with easy access to paddleboards and a relaxing stopover before heading to Honolulu. The dining experience in the Hula Hula restaurant was overpriced and not very satisfying. Despite some shortcomings, it was a decent stay overall.
I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and clean, but my room was almost as far from the elevator as possible. The service was cheerful and accommodating, but I found it limited and overpriced. The location was unbeatable with stunning views, but the dining options were lacking, especially in variety.
The hotel was located right on the ocean, which was great, but lacked information about surrounding attractions, eateries, or shopping venues. The service was friendly and helpful, but lacked enthusiasm, feeling somewhat blah. The location by the Kamakameha statue was nice, but was super noisy due to drunk people in the bar. The dining experience offered a mix of good values and disappointing aspects in the Hula Hula restaurant.
The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, but it was noisy due to its proximity to the elevator. The service was outstanding with friendly and courteous staff. The location was exceptional with a great view of the town. The dining experience was a reward for loyalty, and the facilities were satisfactory.
