pure grand perfection!

The staff remembered my name every time i walked in, a really nice personal touch. the rooftop terrace was my favorite spot, i enjoyed a few sunsets with a cocktail. my grand flow-beautiful double room had a fantastic rainfall shower. It really woke me up in the mornings.
The gym, though well-equipped, felt a little cramped during peak hours. I had to wait a bit for the treadmill one day.

The rooftop pool had heated water. It was comfortable even on cooler evenings. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to the nearby beach. It ran every hour. i also enjoyed the spa, it has a sauna and steam room.

The concierge assisted with restaurant bookings, and his recommendations were superb! the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean. They paid great attention to detail. the turn-down service included chocolates. A good touch.

the room i was initially given was not what i expected. there was a generator outside the window, it made sleeping difficult. the staff were unable to move me because the hotel was fully booked at the time. i did not sleep well due to the noise.

The breakfast area seemed too small for the hotel capacity. finding a table some mornings was a challenge, and staff was rushed. our requested newspaper never arrived. I mentioned it twice but there was no follow up. i expected better attention to detail, especially considering the price point. the gym equipment was quite limited, with only one treadmill operational.
