The hotel's location is truly breathtaking, with a terrace offering views of Hagia Sofia under the Topkapi Palace walls. The service was extremely friendly and professional, especially with helpful team members like chef Mesut Turk and 'betul'. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an unexpected room upgrade to the ottoman suite, which was immaculate. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the historical monuments and bazaar, though the room had a strong unpleasant odor that led to us leaving the windows open during winter and catching colds. The service, from the manager to the restaurant staff, was exceptional, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay.
