pleasant staffdripping showerdated design
the staff on reception were pleasant and the buggy drivers were too.
The room was not up to par. the design felt dated and the bathroom had issues like a dripping shower. There also wasn't a shower cap. the location, while central, made getting an uber or taxi impossible so i had to drag my luggage quite a distance.

the location was really good to me. staff were very nice and also very professional i felt. olga and her colleagues deserve special thanks to me.
the price i paid was quite shocking. they charged 1200 dollars for two nights for per room. the coffee was also 8 dollars.

The hotel location was close to major landmarks. They were within walking distance. Suites are beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped ensure my stay was comfortable. I appreciated them driving us to a rooftop restaurant with great view for our last night.

the breakfast had variety i found.
the staff were rude sometimes. privacy was also a problem i saw. they called for every little thing, even with do not disturb signs on the door. not tipping enough made them moody as well.
