The breakfast service was attentive, I was offered items separate from the menu daily. The location provided convenient access to landmarks that were within walking distance.

Excellent location, great staff
perfect location sweet staff
The location was perfectly placed. I didn't need taxis. Everything was nearby. The staff made sure all my needs were met, even more. The spa and steam were included. The breakfast was perfect too.

helpful staff convenient location
the staff was helpful and friendly , always ready to assist with any request. the location was very convenient , close to the tram and within walking distance of many attractions.

broken faucet food overcharge
i was initially impressed by the location it was near many attractions however the lack of proper maintenance became apparent the bathroom faucet was broken i expected better. the room also had a malfunctioning sea-view window this was disappointing as i looked forward to it. finally some staff members were problematic one overcharged for food service and never returned after promising to bring beverages this left a negative impression

central location, good service
friendly staff convenient water
the location was great, close to many attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful . i had a spontaneous room upgrade . there was complimentary water, replenished daily.
the breakfast was not great. the food quality was low and choices were limited. the coffee machine was not working, disappointing.

the hotel is centrally located. i walked to the grand bazaar in about five minutes. many restaurants are nearby, really convenient for meals.
