The hotel offers the perfect beach area in Kassandra, boasting the best beach in the location with nice and big rooms that are outdated and need refurbishment. The service is friendly and helpful, especially for kids during the day and evening. The location is in a beautiful seaside area surrounded by pine forests and stunning mountains, providing a relaxing summer getaway. The dining experience is very good at the News Caffee, offering a wide variety of food. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel's rooms were not at the level of a 5-star hotel, with old bathroom and furniture, full of dust, and dirty; however, the service was respectful and helpful. The location offers a mix of super basic aspects and perfect elements with pine forests, beautiful mountains, and a lovely beach. The dining experience is more aligned with a 3-star hotel, with good quality but occasional delays. The facilities are decent but may require some improvements for better guest satisfaction.
The hotel offers brilliant views of the surrounding area, but the rooms could do with a makeover. The till to 12 o'clock policy was inconvenient, and the overall condition of the rooms was run down. However, the service was very hardworking and kind, and the staff showed great understanding by providing a refund. The location is amazing with a terrific private beach, but the dining experience was disappointing with early breakfast timings and a crowded buffet. The hotel features many activities for children and a beautiful marina full of nice yachts.
