Our stay included genuine hospitality towards our dog. The staff was warm and cute. Employees acted friendly and professional. They ensured we had a great experience.
The bathroom looked more akin to a three-star hotel. I noticed small, cramped fixtures. The silicon work looked poorly done. I saw mold.

The breakfast meals in the room were great.
The bathroom was not 5-star quality. The silicon around the fixtures was poorly done and showed mold. the noise from the street was quite noticeable. Music played late, cars drove around loudly, and street dogs barked through the night.

every staff member aimed to. they assisted me with everything. they were helpful at arrival and assisted me with local phrases. the price was manageable. the hotel provided a fruit platter , water, coffee, and a towel gift. free valet parking was available.
the bathroom felt more like a 3-star experience , due to its small size and noticeable mold.

the location was AMAZING, providing amazing views of both the sea and mountains. A fruit platter welcomed us, along with complimentary drinking water and coffee capsules. Access to the Club Lounge on the 13th floor came with our suite reservation (via Expedia), providing snacks and drinks. i particularly appreciated the spacious suites with comfortable beds and good bathrooms, including both a shower and bathtub.
the bathroom wasn't up to par for a 5-star hotel. it was somewhat cramped, and the fixtures looked less than luxurious.

the breakfast had a lot of choices and the food tasted good. the staff were efficient and helpful . the room had a nice view from the window. i could see the sea.
the gym was too cold when i tried to work out. the pillows were too big and uncomfortable. the air conditioning was too strong and i smelled smoke when it was off. i stayed for one night.

totally amazing stay!

the location was amazing with views of the sea and mountains i got fruits platter water coffee capsules and a towel gift the shopping mall access was super convenient plus, i got access to the club lounge on the 13th floor, it had snacks meals desserts and drinks all day long the breakfast buffet in the lobby was epic i loved the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, they are spacious suites with comfy beds sofas and pillows.
the hotel charged a deposit on arrival i'm waiting for that refund still after two months
