The hotel restaurant located on the roof had a great view of the sea. I found the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. The staff were ready to help and support guests with a smile.
Pillows provided in the room were too hard so I could not sleep well the first night. I had to request a softer pillow from the reception. The room was not sufficiently clean. There was dust on many surfaces. The hotel should focus more on cleanliness.

The location was amazing. I found various stores and good cafes nearby. The Bosphorus view was excellent! The hotel staff proved helpful and easy to interact with. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The minibar lacked a small spoon for stirring tea. This was a very slight inconvenience.

I really liked the clean room and the attentive staff. The hotel location was amazing, with access to many attractions. I was happy with the plentiful choices for breakfast. A special thanks to the staff. always ready to help and so kind.
The street noise at night did penetrate the room sometimes, especially on weekends.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, so it was very comfortable. The room had a flat-screen television with many cable channels. There were blackout curtains. This ensured good sleep at night.
