some minor ISSUES
clean car delicious desserts cold floor english channel
the hotel staff was friendly. we booked their airport transfer, AND the car was clean. the driver was polite. the breakfast had a good variety with delicious desserts.
bathroom floors are NOT heated. in winter, the marble floors are ice cold. the television did not HAVE any english channels.

The air conditioning unit emitted considerable noise, and adjustment proved impossible. This disrupted sleep and detracted from the quality of the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for local attractions. The room met my expectations with its comfort and modern design (loved the plush bedding!). I really appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring the city very convenient.
The variety of English channels on the television was limited.
