The location was GREAT. I could easily walk to major historical sites. The staff, especially Suat, was helpful . My room, a beautiful double room, was very comfy and tidy.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited for my particular tastes.

the location was acceptable, close to major attractions.
The room i got. A beautiful double room, was just not good. i was expecting much more considering the pictures online. the bathroom was tiny and the water pressure in the shower barely existed. also, you can hear everything going on in the hallway, so good luck sleeping in.

the staff was so polite and always ready to help us! breakfast included a great variety of food. the rooms were very clean. i found the bathrooms nicely designed too. i loved that the hotel location was a short walk from major attractions like the blue mosque.
the windows did not block out sound very well. if people were talking in the corridor it seemed like they were in my room. also, the light control system was overcomplicated, with multiple bright electronic panels that sometimes turned on randomly at night.

the reception staff facilitated the hiring of a tour guide plus the transfers. the staff responded promptly to requests. the staff was always ready to help. they also helped with early check-in.

the hotel is within walking distance to attractions. the location is close to the blue mosque, grand bazaar and sightseeing tours. many restaurants are nearby. a taxi can easily drop off and pick up at this hotel.

the location was fantastic it was an easy walk to major tourist attractions like the blue mosque and hagia sophia i found the staff very helpful and friendly they were always willing to please i especially appreciated the breakfast included it was a great way to start the day before sightseeing they even packed us a breakfast to go as we had an early departure
the internal hotel noise posed a slight problem other rooms could be heard but this was only occasionally disruptive

Excellent Hotel with Great Staff

The location was great, just short walk to main attractions. It was also a short walk to the Grand Bazaar. Many restaurants surrounded the hotel, and I felt safe in the area. Staff was always willing to help. I appreciate their services. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, a true blessing.

The Beautiful Double Room include toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also soap and cotton buds was available. I like provided shower caps and a shaving kit on the basin, it's very useful.
