The breakfast room was quite small! the windowless room was like a bunker. it was not very inviting. there was an area across from it with a small terrace. it was not available.

the location is excellent, providing easy access to major attractions. the staff are friendly and willing to help. the hotel offered a very clean atmosphere throughout my stay.

The location was superb close to many restaurants and shops. It was also near the metro and not far from key sites. The staff were genuinely helpful during my entire stay. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and were quite comfortable.
The breakfast had limited options. The selection felt repetitive .

The rooftop terrace offers great views. I enjoyed the panoramic vistas while having dinner. The dining area was kept very clean. I saw staff constantly tidying and wiping down surfaces, so it was a nice environment.

Early check-in was accommodated when I arrived at 8 AM though the official time is 2 PM. I appreciated the prompt arrangement of a doctor at the hotel at 3:30 AM when I needed one. The reception team provided good recommendations. They gave advice on places to visit and how to get there!

amazing stay! a awesome experience!

the location impressed me, it's super close to so many key spots. the gulhane tram station is literally a two-minute walk, so getting around is easy, and ms egle and mr ali gave excellent service. i really loved that the breakfast menu changed every day, such a nice touch.
i found the coffee and tea supplies in the rooms a bit limited. it would be amazing to have small milk sachets instead of just coffeemate. i thought paper cups felt a bit cheap.

Staff members were amazing and kind. They were always really helpful and professional. reception offered great service, and so did the customer service staff. special recognition goes to egle for her help with organizing the days itinerary.

the hotel is in a fantastic location, and it's within walking distance of all major sights. tram and metro stations are super close, so getting anywhere is very easy. the bosphorus cruise is also within walking distance too.

I noticed a wonderful restaurant on the terrace, and it offered a great view. the hotel provides a good connection to the airport. This made getting there very simple! the rooms were soundproof, i could not hear anything from the nearby rooms.
