acceptable stay
good location tourist attraction great view small room rude concierge difficult access
the location was very good, close to a police station and restaurants. it was also near tourist attractions. the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor let me see the city.
the room was small, and it was hard to open suitcases. it made walking to the bed or opening the door difficult. the concierge was rude, and he yelled at me for asking about the room size.

drab decor reluctant staff
the rooftop restaurant offers a very nice view and the food was delicious.
I found the room to be quite disappointing. the decor seemed drab and ordinary. I am unsure how the hotel achieved its rating. i noticed the staff seemed reluctant to wipe the morning dew off the furniture on the terrace.

fantastic stay!
convenient location amazing view helpful staff
The location was convenient to many attractions. It made sightseeing easy. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing views during breakfast. i really appreciated the staff, they helped me with directions.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated though it was functional. Updating it would enhance the experience

the staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. the hotel provided airport transfers and helped arrange local tours. i noted attentive service in the restaurant and at the front desk.

complimentary water powerful hairdryer amazing therapist
I stayed in a standard double or twin room. the room had complimentary water, which i found very helpful. the hairdryer was powerful. It was honestly the best i have ever used in a hotel! i also booked a hamam treatment at the spa. Erhan ali was amazing!!!
The music in the bathroom played whenever i switched off the light. This was a little annoying.

small room unacceptable housekeeping
the location was good for seeing many historical sites.
the room felt small and cramped. a bad smell came from the bathroom, quite off-putting. house keeping did not change the sheets at any time , which i found unacceptable.
