fantastic apartment stay
amazing location helpful staff fast responder
I appreciated the apartment's proximity to key attractions. istiklal street was only a short walk. the staff was helpful. I especially thank omar for his arabic language skills. yassine was a responsive contact which i found valuable.
i did notice a lack of sufficient cutlery in the apartment. we needed more cups and basic utensils for simple meals. tissue boxes were absent, an unexpected inconvenience.

the hotel benefits from its central position near significant transit options. reaching taksim square is effortless, providing quick connections to various city points. a nearby pharmacy and coffee shop add additional convenience for basic needs.

excellent residence near taksim
convenient kitchen secure building
I liked the apartment amenities. the washing machine was available for laundry needs, though i needed to get detergent tablets. the kitchen provided enough utensils for preparing meals during my short stay. This was very convenient for me. the building felt clean and secure. heated floors were a bonus during the winter weather.
The key cards initially didn't work for the first two days. i had to rely on the security guard and apartment staff each time i needed access. It took around ten minutes each time, quite inconvenient. this issue should be fixed .

The hotel features secure access with card entry, including in the elevator. This adds a layer of safety. i noticed a 24-hour security presence, ensuring constant monitoring. the building is relatively new, offering modern facilities.

Nearby, i found a place to eat just across from the residence. This was really convenient. the apartment's kitchen included a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, pans, pots, cutlery and plates. the area also provides many options for exploring various restaurants.

a great stay!
great location modern design complete equipment kind staff
I loved my time here! the location could not be more perfect. It is just a short walk to istiklal street! the apartment had a modern design, a clean appearance, and complete equipment. I only thought it needed a coffee machine. the staff are kind and always willing to help. Specifically, mohammed at the reception and eda, the housekeeper, were fantastic!
The sofa was stained, and the cooking hob had many scratches. I spent some time taking photos when i arrived, just in case the deposit was lost!

There are many restaurants within walking distance, ensuring a variety of cuisines and dining options are accessible. This allows for easy exploration of local flavors without extensive travel! the area includes a great breakfast spot named elite cafe.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly. Othman and omot were particularly attentive and quick to address any concerns i had, guaranteeing a seamless experience! housekeeping kept the apartment clean and well-stocked .

the location is convenient, near the square and pedestrian areas. free parking was useful (i felt safe). the apartment was spacious and complete. i found the wifi reliable. the staff provided helpful service for any issues.
the dryer didn't seem to dry clothes thoroughly. i had to hang them around the room.

the apartment was very clean on arrival. i find the location great, near Taksim street. the staff were friendly, with erdi and ahmet being helpful.
