fantastic apartment stay

I appreciated the apartment's proximity to key attractions. istiklal street was only a short walk. the staff was helpful. I especially thank omar for his arabic language skills. yassine was a responsive contact which i found valuable.
i did notice a lack of sufficient cutlery in the apartment. we needed more cups and basic utensils for simple meals. tissue boxes were absent, an unexpected inconvenience.

I liked the apartment amenities. the washing machine was available for laundry needs, though i needed to get detergent tablets. the kitchen provided enough utensils for preparing meals during my short stay. This was very convenient for me. the building felt clean and secure. heated floors were a bonus during the winter weather.
The key cards initially didn't work for the first two days. i had to rely on the security guard and apartment staff each time i needed access. It took around ten minutes each time, quite inconvenient. this issue should be fixed .

I loved my time here! the location could not be more perfect. It is just a short walk to istiklal street! the apartment had a modern design, a clean appearance, and complete equipment. I only thought it needed a coffee machine. the staff are kind and always willing to help. Specifically, mohammed at the reception and eda, the housekeeper, were fantastic!
The sofa was stained, and the cooking hob had many scratches. I spent some time taking photos when i arrived, just in case the deposit was lost!

The staff was generally helpful and friendly. Othman and omot were particularly attentive and quick to address any concerns i had, guaranteeing a seamless experience! housekeeping kept the apartment clean and well-stocked .

the location is convenient, near the square and pedestrian areas. free parking was useful (i felt safe). the apartment was spacious and complete. i found the wifi reliable. the staff provided helpful service for any issues.
the dryer didn't seem to dry clothes thoroughly. i had to hang them around the room.
