Really good Stay , Superb Service!

The reception staff welcomed me warmly after a long flight , offering a free room upgrade. The room offered the best view and wonderful amenities. I enjoyed easy access to food , the mall , the aquarium , and the beach. The VIP massage room was worth trying!

The breakfast was diverse and very good. The hotel is almost directly connected (100 meters) to a shopping mall. This mall is filled with restaurants , cafés , and lovely seating areas near the sea.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the shopping area. There are also restaurants near the hotel. the beach and rides park. The location is very convenient , especially if you travel with a child. The aquarium and a shopping center are nearby.

The minibar policy was odd. I expected it to be stocked upon arrival, but it was completely empty. the responsiveness to requests was inconsistent. One day, I asked for extra towels, but they NEVER arrived. This level of service is surprising.

The frame around one of the sockets constantly fell off. The room was not stocked with toilet paper one day. I did request it. Towels also were not stocked one day. I had to request this too.
