Really good experience!
unbeatable location turkish coffee special map amazing staff
The location was unbeatable. The complimentary beverages and turkish coffee provided by the SEYA staff like ali are a total delight. The hotel gave me a special map. Utkan and Majed are amazing. They helped.
The fourth floor view was partially blocked by a train station. It had neon lights.

Really good Hospitality and Modern Comfort
helpful staff amazing view quiet area
The staff was helpful with recommendations. Utkan and Medeni offered excellent guidance. The room was good, and the roof terrace provided amazing views. The area is quiet despite its central location I found this beneficial for restful evenings. I had complimentary drinks and Turkish delight , and even received a pack of Turkish coffee as a gift. The location is great I could easily walk to the main city attractions.
The room was not always serviced well. There were days with no powdered coffee available I found this inconvenient. Some days lacked tissue paper, and on one occasion, there was only one robe provided. A more consistent supply of these items would enhance the stay.

The hotel offers a 24-hour bar with unlimited coffee and various teas. There are also tasty snacks provided complimentary. The availability of these options enhances the experience.

The reception staff is very nice and cute. They offer suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Utkan recommended a good Hamman service I appreciate his assistance.

wonderful bosphorus experience
attentive staff great restaurant complimentary coffee
i found the staff very attentive offering support with directions and recommendations. i especially enjoyed the complimentary turkish coffee available throughout the day and night it added a warm personal touch.
I noticed the absence of toiletries like lotion in the bathroom. I consider this a small detail, yet a bit of a disappointment.

adequate stay, some hiccups
inconsistent service obscured view
The room service wasn't always consistent. One day i was missing powdered coffee, another day there were no tissues. i found the view from the fourth floor a bit disappointing. The neon lights from the train station were quite distracting. also, the lack of lotion or bar soap in the room was a bit inconvenient. the water view was also partly obscured. it could've been better.

professional staff premium room perfect location
The staff was always ready to help and very professional. i got upgraded to the premium room sea view upon arrival, a very nice surprise. i also really liked the location. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.
